Community Utility Partners team
The team will consist of 10-12 members who are OPU customers. Members will be selected from applications submitted during an application process. Members will be chosen to represent the voice of our entire customer base. Team members will not be compensated.

The Process
The Process
The partners will meet quarterly in January, April, July, October. The very first meeting will be in June 2025 with the quarterly meeting schedule beginning in July.
Meetings will be held on the 1st Wednesday evening of the month from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Morehouse Conference Room at OPU.
Refreshments will be served.
Meeting agendas will consist of upcoming OPU Board topics, relevant utility projects or capital investments, products and service experience, wants and needs. Meeting will conclude with a round table.

CUP member MUST be a customer of OPU.
CUP member will attend at least 3 of 4 meetings.
CUP member will be on time for sessions.
CUP member will review material provided prior to session.
CUP member will serve a two-year term.
Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Terms for the first Community Utility Partners team will stagger with 4 members serving one-year terms, 4 members serving 2-year terms, and 4 members serving 3-year terms. This will allow for a smoother transition for new members. Going forward terms will be 2-year.
Team members can serve up to two 2-year terms.
