Having a municipal utility like Owatonna Public Utilities (OPU) brings many advantages to Owatonna.
Just over a year ago OPU launched a new website. Along with a nicer appearance and easier navigation, we added the ability to access accounts online. With these changes, you were able to pay your bill and view payment and consumption history.
At November’s Commission meeting the 2013 budget and rates were approved. The good news is that we will keep the gas and water rates the same as in 2012, and will only increase electric rates by 1%.
