Commercial Checklist

  • Contractor submits plans to City of Owatonna 
  • When the City is completed with plans OPU will pick up plans from the City for review 
  • OPU reviews plans, creates notes for necessary changes 
  • OPU distributes pertinent information related to project including but not limited to: 
    • Latest Water Specs (OPU) 
    • Water Meter Details 
    • Gas Meter Details 
    • OPU Commercial Plan Review Forms 
    • Cross Connection / Backflow / Survey Inspection 
    • OPU Loading Information  
  • OPU returns plans to the City when review is complete
